Padme wears this night gown in Episode III during a balcony/veranda scene between her and Anakin and a night talk. The gown consists of a sleeveless bias-cut floor-length gown with six spaghetti straps of a silk or silk-like charmeuse in a light blue with shades of steel and/or lavender. It is cut into several panels to create five vertical lines of heirloom faggot stitching that fan out from the top center front to the hem. The back of the gown consists of a long, full, floor-length contoured back drape of a silk or silk-like charmeuse in light blue with shades of steel and/or lavender. The drape is attached at the back neck, and is then folded and pinned at the hip line and calf line by small drop of three silvery pearls, creating a waterfall-like effect. A large Art-Nouveau like butterfly-shaped brooch of silver wire on a flat, thin base in a light blue with shades of steel and/or lavender, and decorated with five silvery pearls, is affixed to the center front neckline. Radiating from each side of the brooch are three strands of silvery pearls of different lengths that sweep around the upper arms and are tacked at the center back neckline. Her hair is styled as follows: long and curled in loose spirals, with the top portion pulled into a ponytail, with the rest left to drape down the back. Padme wears a silver diadem with two wing like points decorated with a Celtic knot-like pattern on her head and a carved japor snipped on a delicate silver chain around her neck.
