Padmé wears this gown when traveling back to Naboo from Coruscant. She also can be seen wearing this gown at Qui-Gon Jinn’s funeral pyre. The gown consists of two layers: the first layer is a paneled purple velvet overdress, with an all-over printed Naboo pattern; the second layer is a pleated silk undress, worn over layered, stiffened petticoats. In addition, the sleeves of the gown consist of two layers: corded finger-length inner sleeves; and shot-silk chiffon petal shaped outer sleeves. Silk chiffon was also used for the veils, which contain bindings on the front, and is adorned with an antiqued golden tiara with the Naboo emblem in the center front.
