Costumers are welcome to make this dress as one of the specific face characters, or as a generic character. Costumers wishing to make a generic dignitary costume based on this dress must supply in-game references of the particular color combination they choose to use, which must be on a good or neutral-aligned NPC dignitary character, or the default color palate of a related player character armor (e.g., Elegant Dress).
