Malé-Dee was a male human senator from Uyter. He appears in ROTS with the welcome committee when Palpatine returns to Coruscant after Anakin and Obi-Wan has freed him, and again during the deleted scene with the Delegation of 2000 wherein Padmé delivers their petition to have Palpatine give up his emergency powers.

The costume has a simple look, in sandy colors, with large, closed kimono/monk style sleeves. Mohawk and eyebrows are vivid red.
